The construction of Invext Corporation's new logistics project is progressing well. The logistics platform, which began construction last January, is located on the front line of the V-30, in the southern area of Valencia, in a privileged area within the industrial and logistics sphere, such as Catarroja. It is located 20 km from the port and 5 minutes from Valencia, and is expected to be completed in October of this year.
The project, marketed by Olivares Consultores and for Construction of a 12,400 square metre facility which aims to become one of the closest logistics centres to the city of Valencia and its port. Furthermore, it is a unique project in the southern area of Valencia.
For the moment, the construction of the logistics platform has started strongly and is progressing according to the established plan. As part of our business strategy in the real estate and logistics axes, at Invext Corporation we are working to have a presence in the three main hubs of Valencia: North zone - with the Parc Sagunt project already up and running -, South Zone –with this project in Catarroja- and City Centre, in which we are already present, but we continue to seek investment opportunities.
