Recognising Impact Pathways
Pascual Royo, founder of Royo Group, has been honoured with the Aster Award for Professional Career, awarded by ESIC Business & Marketing School. This recognition highlights a lifetime of effort, vision, and dedication, values that have been key to their entrepreneurial journey.
The event was attended by his wife, Mari Carmen, and the team from Invext, with representatives such as Raúl Royo, Santiago Royo López, Mari Carmen González, Francisco G., Pablo García Marí and Ana Carrau Mínguez. Although Silvia Royo López, from Miami, could not attend, their support was present at every moment of the celebration.
During the ceremony, Pilar Jericó gave a lecture on Humanistic leadership in changing environments, a fundamental reflection for facing the challenges of the present with resilience and strategic vision.
And Invext, This award holds special significance. Beyond recognising a career path, it represents the impact of a legacy built on effort, innovation, and family commitment. Pascual has shown that good work leaves its mark, and their story continues to inspire those who believe in excellence as a driver of growth.
We also congratulate the other award winners: Vicente Berbegal, founder of ACTIU; Zubi Group, led by Iker Marcaide; and the campaign "Trade saves trade", developed by the agency Rosebud for Confecomerç. It is an honour to share this recognition with projects that are committed to growth, professionalisation, and positive impact.
