Invext Corporation it is a global investment family office and, based on that premise, we wanted to continue with our purpose of internationalisation. With that objective, Invext USA was born, a new division within the private equity and venture capital sector with an international focus.
Although the bulk of our investments and actions take place in a domestic setting, expansion into the United States is a natural evolution of Invext's activity. In this regard, we have an on-site team, led by Silvia Royo, who works with the objective of studying the possibilities of financial and real estate products in the American country.
The private equity sector is one of our main areas of focus. Consequently, we are inclined to make our investments primarily with funds that have a consolidated management team and a successful track record as the core of their business activity.
To this field, where we already have the participation of funds such as Balboa o EBN Pre IPO, We will soon add new US participations that contribute to the international development of this area.
