Invext Corporation continúa avanzando en las obras de su nueva “Parc Sagunt I” logistics platform”, located in the town of Puerto de Sagunto.
With a plot of 30,000 square metres and a development sized for a traffic of 200 lorries daily, the new logistics platform is located in a Prime zone. This project, unique in the northern area of Valencia, is located on the First Line of Main Access to the PARC SAGUNT I Industrial Estate, forming part of the Mediterranean Corridor North and where a significant industrial and logistics hub for the Valencian Community is concentrated.
This is a project of 20,000m² of roof., developed using BIM technology and will include 28 hydraulic loading docks with retractable shelters, docking buffers, hydraulic restraints, and guide rails, with motorised sectional doors, in addition to two warehouse access doors for front-loading forklifts and two other side doors.
All of this within an enclosed space with 32-metre manoeuvring yard with concrete structure and enclosures. The installation is also equipped with ESFR sprinklers, hose reels, hydrants, a pumping system and water reserve, smoke vents, and fire detection and alarm systems.
Plus, this platform will feature a annexe office building Completely equipped with a surface area of 1,110 m2. in which social spaces for employees, changing rooms and toilets will be included. The building will be equipped with offices on the ground floor, first floor and second floor with a reception, Open space, bathrooms and with voice and data installation.
The logistics platform will have a Heavy vehicle surveillance and access control booth, light, via mechanically operated barriers and motorised doors for night-time closure, as well as separate pedestrian access.
Another of the characteristics of this new project will be the parking spaces, as it will have 108, of which 4 will be for people with reduced mobility. Furthermore, in line with one of Invext Corporation's commitments to sustainability, the platform will be equipped with a photovoltaic solar cover and Electric vehicle charging points and LED lights.
Invext estimates completing this logistics platform in January 2022.
