Invext and the Royo family are participating in the 3rd Family Business Forums Connecting Meeting.

17 November 2022

Last Friday, 11th November, we took part in the III Meeting Connecting Forums which brought together 130 members from the following generations of family businesses from all over Spain in Valencia.

It is a training and networking space where young people from family businesses spend two days together, sharing concerns and values related to the family business. During this event, they have been able to learn, gain insights into leadership, and hear stories about family businesses from various entrepreneurs.

Our CEO, Santiago Royo, and Invext's councillor, Raúl Royo, both members of the second generation of the family business, attended the meeting. Royo Group.

Santiago Royo has thus shared with the young people the experience and evolution of Invext, the family office of the Royo family, whose purpose from its inception has been to transition from being a family business to an entrepreneurial family and to diversify the family's assets across various businesses.

Raúl Royo, for his part, highlighted that companies “are as valuable as the people who make them up and that looking after talent is key and has been one of the cornerstones of our company since its origins, 50 years ago now” and also mentioned that throughout its history “the company has managed to adapt to changes without losing sight of our essence”.

Alongside them, other business leaders such as Juan Roig, Chairman of Mercadona, Darío Grimalt, Councillor of Ale-Hop, and Vicente Boluda, Chairman of Boluda Corporación Marítima, have been able to share their impressions with attendees, among others.

Our participation in the forum is part of the actions carried out as members of the Valencian Association of Businesspeople (AVE).
