At Invext Corporation, we operate in various investment sectors, including business, real estate, the capital markets, and social responsibility. Our core principle is to conduct operations that always aim to generate value for our shareholders. In that regard, and within our area of activity, we have been investing in the logistics sector within real estate for the past 5 years.
Since then, our investments have been focused on acquiring land banks when opportunities arise, always with the idea of having presence in the three main hubs of Valencia: North Zone, South Zone and Central Zone.
In line with this strategy, we have already acquired land in recent years in prime locations in each of the zones. In the North zone we have a 30,000 m2 plot located in Parc Sagunt; en la South Zone a pill in Catarroja of 23,000 m2 on the V-30 frontline; and in the City Centre, specifically in Quart de Poblet, we have 10,000 m2 of land. This is a total of 63,000 m² of logistics land with a capacity for 38,000 m² of logistics warehouse.
In the specific case of the North zone, we are starting the Construction of the Parc Sagunt platform in March 2021. With 20,000 m2 of roof and located in one of the key areas for Valencian logistics, from Invext we estimate that the warehouse will be finished in January 2022.
Furthermore, continuing with the expansion plan, they are in Negotiation phase a total of 78,000 m2 additional on two new floors at one of the key locations where we already have a presence.
