From Invext Corporation We present our new logistics development, located on the front line of the V-30, in the southern area of Valencia, in a privileged area within the industrial and logistics sector which is Catarroja. It is located 20 km from the port and 5 minutes from Valencia and is expected to be completed in October of this year.
The project, marketed by Olivares Consultores and for Construction of a 12,400 square metre facility which aims to become one of the closest logistics centres to the city of Valencia and its port. Furthermore, it is a unique project in the southern area of Valencia.
This platform allows for the option of Cross-docking As it will have 15 hydraulic loading docks at the front and 5 loading docks at the rear, with a ratio of 590m²/dock.
This is an enclosed building with a manoeuvring yard measuring 36 by 30 metres, a concrete structure and walls, and a roof deck with system Ondatherm Deck, a free height of 13.70 metres, a 20-centimetre jointless concrete slab and a high-risk fire protection system.
Furthermore, and in line with our environmental commitment, the project has BREEAM Very Good sustainable construction certification.
As part of our business strategy in the real estate and logistics sectors, at Invext Corporation we are working to establish a presence in Valencia's three main hubs: North zone - with the Parc Sagunt project already up and running -, South Zone –with this project in Catarroja- and City Centre, in which we are already present, but we continue to seek investment opportunities.
