The Family Office expands its logistics portfolio and its presence in Valencia with the acquisition of this plot in Quart de Poblet, for the construction of an immological centre close to the urban centre and the Port of Valencia.

Santiago Royo, CEO of Invext talks about “We are very excited about this acquisition as the prime location on the A3 and with the A7 is unbeatable, and work is already underway with the Quart de Poblet town council to apply for the building permit in January 2024. In this first phase, we are carrying out demolition work to subsequently begin the construction of the warehouses.”

Invext has once again entrusted Víctor Jiménez, Director of the Industrial/Logistics Department at Olivares Consultores, for the acquisition and development of this Inmologistic project with the aim of developing it for rent so that it adapts to the requirements requested by major logistics and distribution companies.

In this regard, Víctor Jiménez states: “With INVEXT, we share the vision on immologistic developments in Prime areas. After proposing this purchase to Invext, today we are starting the redevelopment of obsolete facilities with commercialisation under a rental regime at a time of clear scarcity in this area, and high demand.

For 6 years, Invext's real estate division has focused on developing logistics centres, and this new acquisition adds to its existing portfolio in the Southern Zone. Specifically, Parc Sagunt with 20,000m2 (plot of 30,000m2), North zone in Catarroja with 12,700m2 (20,000m2 plot and central area) Ribarroja with 3,600 m² (5,000 m² plot) among others. “For us, it was very important to have a presence in the main locations in Valencia, and this acquisition reinforces the Central area, which was one of our priorities,” he comments. Santiago Royo.

Invext began its activities in 2006 and has since diversified its investments, moving from financial markets to Private Equity and Venture Capital, as well as real estate.
