As part of our business strategy in the real estate and logistics sectors, at Invext Corporation we are working to establish a presence in Valencia's three main hubs: North zone -with the Parc Sagunt project-, South Zone –with a logistical space in Catarroja– and City Centre, ..., in which we are seeking investment opportunities. Thus, Invext Corporation's intention in the real estate sector is to make investments focused on generating periodic income.
In that regard, a few months ago we finished the construction of a logistics space Located in the “Parc Sagunt I” industrial estate, this site, situated on the First Main Access Line of the “Parc Sagunt I” industrial estate, part of the Northern Mediterranean Corridor and where Volkswagen's gigafactory for batteries will soon be located, has a plot of 30,000 square metres. Of these, 20,000 are made up of a logistics facility with a 1,000m² office building and BREEAM Very Good certificate.
Before construction of the premises was completed, the lease for 100% was finalised with this top-tier tenant with the comprehensive and exclusive advice of the Director of Logistics/Industrial at Olivares Consultores, Víctor Jiménez.
On the other hand, and in the southern part of Valencia, specifically in Catarroja, we are advancing with the works of our Logistics space. This ship, measuring 12,400 square metres and located at first lane of the V-30, will become one of the logistics centres closest to the city of Valencia and the port.
Thus, the logistics platform in Catarroja is also located in a prime area in the industrial and commercial sector, as well as being a unique project in the southern area of Valencia. Specifically, it forms part of the Southern Mediterranean Corridor, where significant industrial and logistics activity is concentrated in the Valencian Community.
