Invext Corporation, the family office of the Royo family, has created a Venture Capital Society with the aim of investing in the business fabric and entrepreneurial projects. This is a vehicle that will invest the family office's resources in structured, non-listed, business-based funds.
Under the name Invext Capital Investments SA, SCR, Invext's new Venture Capital company has an investment in Private Equity Funds with the aim of supporting the business community and Venture Capital funds to support entrepreneurs and disruptive business ideas.
Investments will be made in the United States – at least 50% – with the remainder mainly in Europe, but also in the rest of the world. In addition, a portion of the investment is set aside for local funds with the aim of supporting projects by Valencian entrepreneurs.
The manager of this venture capital company, as well as the depositary, is Renta 4. Likewise, the auditor is Luis Caruana & Asociados, S.L.
Santiago Royo, CEO of Invext Corporation, highlights that “with the creation of this Company, we aim to continue with one of the family office's main commitments, which involves helping to consolidate companies in the productive sectors in which we operate, as well as contributing to the development of talent for employees and entrepreneurs.”.
Since its creation in 2007, Invext Corporation has had several main lines of investment, including the real estate sector, logistics, the capital markets, and business. Through this operation, the Royo family's family office continues its development in the business sector through investments in private equity and venture capital funds.
