Invext's investee, Silicius, increases capital and welcomes a new investor. The SOCIMI controlled by Mazabi closed a capital increase at the end of December. by means of a non-monetary contribution by Liberbank of the Arista office building located in the Rivas Futura business park in Madrid.
With this new addition, Silicius, which has more than 43 shareholders, adds the second institutional shareholder to its shareholders. In this regard, Liberbank has acquired capital in excess of 8%.
