From Invext Corporation, we focus on the real estate sector as one of the key areas of our activity. In this regard, we have built a logistics space located in the “Parc Sagunt I” industrial estate, in the town of Puerto de Sagunto which It is now ready to start operating.
The project, unique in the northern area of Valencia, is located in a key position: the First Main Access Line of the “Parc Sagunt I” Industrial Estate, forming part of the Northern Mediterranean Corridor and where Volkswagen's gigafactory for batteries will soon be located.
Located in one of the main logistics hubs, where significant industrial and logistical activity in the Valencian Community is concentrated, our space boasts a Plot of 30,000 square metres. Of these, 20,000 are comprised of a building developed with BIM technology, which facilitates the management of construction projects, achieving improvements in results and efficiency in processes, and is BREEAM Very Good certified. The platform includes 28 hydraulic loading docks with retractable shelters, guards, hydraulic buffers and guide rails, with motorised sectional doors in addition to two warehouse access doors for front-end loaders and another 2 side doors.
The inauguration of this logistics space responds to Invext Corporation's commitment to having a presence in the three main hubs of Valencia: North zone -with the Parc Sagunt project-, South Zone –with a logistical space in Catarroja– and City Centre, in which we are looking for investment opportunities throughout this year.
