During this first quarter, at Invext Corporation we've taken the opportunity to review the actions we carried out in 2022 and have focused on the objectives we are pursuing for this year.
Thus, over the next few months we will be focused on logistics projects reference. Having completed the construction of our logistics space in Parc Sagunt, which is already operational, during 2023 we will develop the logistics warehouse located in Catarroja, the construction of which has already begun.
With the launch of both projects, we continue with the objective of having a presence in Valencia's three main hubs: North zone - with the Parc Sagunt project already up and running -, South Zone – with the new project in Catarroja that is under construction – and City Centre, in which we are already present, but we continue to seek investment opportunities.
Likewise, during 2023 we will continue to carry out actions focused on Property investments. Very much related to our logistics projects and with the constant objective of investing in two types of real estate assets: rental income and capital appreciation, always seeking value creation in each of our investments. On the other hand, we are also focused on innovative Venture Capital projects.
The Corporate Social Responsibility will continue to be another fundamental pillar for Invext with the implementation of a global social commitment plan structured on several pillars: sustainability, female leadership and support for entrepreneurship.
