The Socimi Silicius Real Estate, a subsidiary of Invext Corporation, has received authorisation from BME Growth for its stock market flotation. The real estate company will therefore be listed with assets worth €556 million. These include offices, logistics, residential properties, hotels, retail parks and shopping centres.
Invext's investee company will go public, setting its share price at €15.40 and will be the twelfth company to join the BME market so far in 2021.. Silicius, with a portfolio of 45 real estate assets, 42 of them in Spain, made a profit of 57 million euros in the first half of the year.
Since its establishment in 2007, Invext Corporation has carried out various investment operations in sectors such as real estate, logistics, the capital market, and investments in private equity and venture capital funds. Among these, its contribution as founding partners in the SOCIMI Silicius stands out.
