Invext Corporation is finalising the final details of the logistics platform “Parc Sagunt to be inaugurated, located in the Valencian town of Puerto de Sagunto next January.
With a plot of 30,000 square metres and a development sized for a traffic of 200 lorries daily, the new logistics platform is located in a Prime zone. This project, unique in the Northern Zone of Valencia, is located on the Main Access Front Line of PARC SAGUNT I Industrial Estate, forming part of the Mediterranean Corridor North and where a significant industrial and logistics hub for the Valencian Community is concentrated.
The project, which began construction in March 2021, features 20,000 square metres of roof and it is developed with BIM technology, which facilitates the management of construction projects, achieving improvements in the outcome and efficiency in the processes. The platform includes 28 hydraulic loading docks with retractable shelters, guards, hydraulic buffers and guide rails, with motorised sectional doors in addition to two warehouse access doors for front-end loaders and another 2 side doors.
The construction of this logistics platform reflects Invext Corporation's commitment to logistics sector. Within this framework, our investments are focused on acquiring land banks when opportunities arise, always with the idea of having presence in the three main hubs of Valencia: North Zone, South Zone and Central Zone.
