Invext Corporation, through its subsidiary Inbest Real Estate, has leased the premises located at Calle Colón number 1 in Valencia to the fashion giant Inditex. The premises, which comprise a total of 7,731 square metres, will house the low-cost fashion store Lefties.
Inditext will occupy unit 76% of the multi-storey premises, and the lease has been signed for a period of 20 years with a variable rent linked to sales.
This property was one of three that El Corte Inglés used to own on Colón Street in Valencia.
