Thus, in this 2022, we will continue to work in one of the key sectors of our activity, which is the Estate agent. In that regard, early on this year we will be finishing the construction of our logistics platform. “Parc Sagunt I”, in the town of Puerto de Sagunto. It has a warehouse of 20,000 square metres and is situated in a key area of influence, the northern Mediterranean Corridor zone.
Furthermore, we'll start the second half of the year with works in our Logistics space in Catarroja of 12,000 square metres built and located on the V-30. It will become one of the logistics centres closest to Valencia and the port.
This is about investments focused on generating periodic income and with the idea of To have a presence in the three main hubs of Valencia: North Zone, South Zone, and Central Zone. Therefore, in 2022 we will be working on investing in a third logistics centre.
Another of the key sectors we will be focusing on this year is private equity and venture capital, in which we will double the 2021 investment and focus our efforts on the American markets.
