Our company, Royo Group, has recently celebrated 50 years since its founding. Half a century since its founder, Pascual Royo, began this business journey that started from an individual dream and transformed into a fundamental part of the lives of everyone who makes up Royo Group. Within the company's history is the creation of the family office de Royo, Invext Corporation, in 2006. A brand of global future investments that, since its creation, initiated the process of professionalisation and maximises its management.
Over these years, business history has provided multiple lessons and has made the company something more, that it is formed by a business family that carries it in their DNA.
To mark this anniversary, the members of the second generation – Raúl, Santiago and Silvia – have compiled the story of their parents, Pascual and Mari Carmen, who created this company with much effort and dedication, into a book. From this entire journey, the founders have also extracted various lessons, presented as 15 key takeaways related to their experiences over these years.
Over the coming months, from Invext Corporation, we will be sharing each of the key elements that encompass the story of this business family and their journey over the last 50 years.
With each of these teachings, our aim is to bring closer the story of our company, the values that define the Royo family business, and to help understand where we come from, how far we have come, and our next steps, which will involve the third generation.
