From Invext, and within the framework of our Global Social Commitment, We are part of the Microwd project. This is an initiative that offers microcredit for women entrepreneurs in Mexico, Uruguay, Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Peru.
Microwork It is supported by a network of key stakeholders: all the individuals and entities that are part of it make the company's activity possible. From investors like Invext, who provide both economic and non-economic resources (contact networks, visibility, mentoring...) to the entities with which the project operates on the ground and which provide human resources, office space, local knowledge...
With these resources, the project is responsible for Connect investors with women entrepreneurs from vulnerable areas to give them access to capital. It also allies with entities to offer products and services to more women, connecting them with each other and generating synergies.
Furthermore, through Microwd, women are supported to improve their business management, and awareness is raised among them regarding the impact their efforts are having on the community.
With all these activities, you achieve improve the quality of life for the woman (increased income, health…), improved quality of life for her family (increased spending on education) and the improvement of her community, which translates into job creation, new products and services.
Through participation in this project, we at Invext are addressing one of the main pillars of our global social commitment, which is supporting women entrepreneurs, especially in vulnerable environments.
