Last Friday, the CEO of Invext Corporation, Santiago Royo, participated in the sixth meeting of AJEV's Operación Consolida programme, which was held at the main facilities of Royo Group. This initiative is aimed at boosting the growth of young companies and has featured other ambassadors such as Porcelanosa, Consum, Pinturas Isaval, Grefusa, Casas InHaus, Istobal, Zeus, PwC, and Caixa Popular.
All morning, participants on the programme visited the Valencia factory and learned about the business history and strategy of Royo Group and Invext Corporation from the founding family. Alongside Santiago, Raúl and Silvia Royo (who joined the session from the USA) recounted the company's story. It has been 50 years since Pascual Royo started building furniture on his own in a family flat, and many decisions have been made that have turned the Royo brand into a world-class giant leading the bathroom furniture market.
With transparency, humility, proximity and passion, the three Royo brothers conveyed to the participants the legacy that their parents have instilled in them and its mark on their way of doing business. Pascual Royo, the founder and responsible for creating this family business along with Mari Carmen López, was also present and shared with the attendees anecdotes from the beginnings and pride in continuing to enjoy the good work of his descendants.
